PetLabCo puts four dog supplements in all 1,500+ PetSmart stores

PetLabCo said on October 27th, 2026 that four of its dog supplements are now on shelves in all 1,500+ U.S. PetSmart stores. The lineup is led by its probiotic chew, which the London-based brand says has sold more than 11 million tubs in the U.S.

Chris Masanto, PetLabCo's co-founder and CEO, called the rollout a way to reach more owners. "With our expansion into all US PetSmart stores, we're thrilled to be able to serve even more pet parents across America," he said, crediting "the exceptional customer experience that has given PetLabCo over 100,000 5-star ratings & reviews globally."

A probiotic built on Amazon now leads in stores

PetSmart is stocking the Tailored Probiotic Chew, ProBright dental powder, Joint Care Chew Advanced and Tailored Allergy & Immune Probiotic Chews.

The probiotic is the flagship. PetLabCo says it was the top-selling probiotic soft chew in Amazon's dog probiotic supplements category year to date as of May 20th, 2026. It also cites a 31-day clinical study in which daily use increased beneficial gut bacteria.

The other three cover the rest of the wellness aisle, from teeth to joints to seasonal itch.

ProBright pairs probiotics with brown algae and sodium hexametaphosphate to target tartar, while the allergy chew adds prebiotics, postbiotics, colostrum and omega fatty acids to its probiotic base. The Joint Care Chew Advanced is salmon-flavored.

PetSmart.com lists a 30-count pork-flavored probiotic tub at $37.99. At one chew a day, that is a monthly reorder, and the store gives customers a place to restock without waiting on a box.

PetLabCo tied the rollout to its growth since BC Partners took a majority stake in early 2025. The brand says it now has 5 million U.S. customers. It launched NeuraBlend, its first calming chew, on October 13th.

Online supplement brands are filling PetSmart's wellness shelf

PetLabCo is the latest online-born supplement brand to land in big-box pet. Wuffes put its full seven-product range into more than 1,300 PetSmart stores in June, about two months after it went nationwide at Petco.

The shelf is already crowded. PetSmart's Zesty Paws page lists 65 products. Native Pet says it is in more than 13,000 retail locations and took its new cat chews to Petco on October 19th.

For PetSmart's buyers, the brand brings an online following and a probiotic with a sales record into stores that already stock its rivals. For those rivals, it is one more tub on the same shelf. PetSmart runs nearly 1,700 stores across the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico, so the U.S. rollout covers most of the chain.

The shelf matters in a category where owners often choose for themselves. In a supplement seller's survey last month, 35.3% of pet parents said they follow a vet's recommendation and 29.2% said they research and decide on their own.

Reorders will show if the online lead carries into stores

PetLabCo is sending shoppers to a store locator on its own site to find PetSmart stock. Its newest product, the NeuraBlend calming chew, is not part of the PetSmart lineup, so the store launch rests on the four lines it already sells online, led by the probiotic with the sales record.

The next number worth watching is how fast those tubs come back off the shelf.
