Pet Industry Network's 2026 Growth Summit Expands to Two Days, June 1-2

Pet Industry Network has expanded its annual virtual Growth Summit to a two-day format for 2026, running June 1-2. General admission is $27 and a VIP Pass tier is $97. Registration is open at pinsummit.com.

What Happened

Pet Industry Network announced its 2026 Growth Summit on May 4, 2026. The event runs June 1-2 with 14 speakers covering marketing, operations, staffing, customer retention, and profitability. Sessions focus on driving in-store and online sales, improving customer loyalty and repeat business, building stronger teams and systems, and increasing visibility through marketing, SEO, and PR. The full speaker lineup and program agenda are available at pinsummit.com.

The summit is built for established pet business owners and leaders across the industry — retailers, brands, groomers, service providers, and e-commerce operators.

Pet Industry Network is an online community and marketplace that connects pet business owners with vetted consultants, coaches, and agencies. The organization’s broader footprint includes educational sessions and a member booth at SuperZoo, partnerships with industry trade publications, and an active expert directory of coaches and consultants focused on pet businesses.

VIP Pass and the Pet Biz Breakthrough Arena

The VIP Pass tier ($97) includes mastermind sessions and exclusive consideration for a spot in the Pet Biz Breakthrough Arena.

The Breakthrough Arena, new for 2026, is a live expert-intervention session held during the first part of Day Two. Selected attendees bring a real business challenge — a growth plateau, a marketing question, an operations bottleneck, or a strategic decision — and work through it live with a panel of pet industry professionals. Each participant gets focused coaching tailored to their specific situation. The session is open to every registered attendee, and VIP Pass holders receive exclusive consideration for the hot seat.

Format Change from 2025

The 2025 summit was a single-day virtual event held February 24, with separate tracks for brick-and-mortar retailers, local pet-care service providers, and e-commerce sellers. The 2026 expansion to two days roughly doubles total programming time at the same general-admission price.

Registration

Registration is open at pinsummit.com. General admission is $27; VIP Pass is $97.

Rover Survey Says Pets Reshape World Cup Viewing, and Pet Sitter Demand With It

A new Rover survey of Canadian pet parents finds 74% plan to watch summer soccer with their pets and 20% have booked a pet sitter specifically to attend an event. The signal under the lifestyle data: event-driven boarding and sitter demand is becoming a four-peak calendar that operators in vet care, pharmacy, and hospitality should be pre-positioning for.

Pet Wearables Are Projected to More Than Triple by 2033, and Vets Are the Tell

Research and Markets projects the global pet wearable market will grow from $3.37 billion in 2025 to $11.4 billion by 2033, a 16.8% CAGR. The number is only plausible if veterinary practices and pet insurers anchor the demand, not consumers. The category's next phase belongs to the device the vet reads, not the device the owner wears.
